These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Auto Mow Co.
Auto Mow Co sends SMS messages related to service updates, scheduling notifications, promotional offers, billing, and customer support.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Auto Mow Co.
Consent may be provided through our website forms, paper forms, or verbal agreement during customer service interactions.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number.
After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method.

This could affect your bill and depends on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

Auto Mow Co. does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures.
Such issues can occur due to factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.
You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications.
Auto Mow Co. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The term of the subscription groundskeeping service plan for residential clients is 1 mowing season beginning February 1st and ending December 1st.
The term of the service plan for Commercial clients is 2 mowing seasons.
On December 2nd, Service plans will auto renew for another term until cancellation by the owner is expressed in writing to Howdy@automowco.com
A 30-day notice prior to cancellation is required.
Automatic payments will be collected on a weekly basis while this agreement is in effect.
Payments are generally collected every Saturday after work has been completed.
Receipts are available upon request for all payments collected.
Credit cards may be securely stored using the Stripe payment platform unless customers request otherwise.
Missed subscription payments must be paid within 15 days after the payment was missed.
For residential clients, standard installation costs are included if one 44-week mowing season is completed.
For commercial clients, standard installation costs are included if two 44-week mowing seasons are completed.
Cancellation before completion of the service term may result in cancellation fees ranging from $600 to $1000 per Automower.
Installation reimbursement is based on a labor rate of $150/hr.
Auto Mow Co. is an official Husqvarna AutoMower Dealer and Service Provider.
Warranty and non-warranty repair services are billed at a shop rate of $150/hr.
On-site repairs are subject to a minimum invoice of 2 hours at the shop rate.
